Los Lobos headlined the first day of the 2015 Beartrap Summer Festival and delivered a performance that will forever live on in Beartrap history.
Big Daddy Love was the perfect act to go ahead of headlining act Los Lobos. Their bluegrass/soul/rockabilly sound definitely left the audience feeling the love.
Talent and passion. Those two words are the best way to describe Darlingside.
Bare feet and Bluegrass. Makes sense to us.
So, try as we might, we couldn't get Vanilla Ice to agree to play the 2015 Beartrap Summer Festival. That's okay, though, because One Child Left Behind blew us away with the best cover of the song that we've seen, well, ever. You should probably take a moment to watch it right now. Don't worry. We'll wait. :-)
The 2015 Beartrap Summer Festival kicked off with Casper's own Tom Coryell and The Incorrigibles, who brought their unique blend of rock, rhythm and blues, soul, funk, and jazz.
It came. It went. We're spent.
We loved this year's line-up for Beartrap 2014--from Jalan Crossland, Littlest Birds and Spencer Bohren, to Johnny Sketch, The Deadly Gentlemen and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band--the bluegrass, country, jazz, insert other awesome music type here, rocked our socks off...
Concert goers from all over Wyoming packed into Beartrap Meadow to hear a range of voices, including the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon, and the crowds were eager to express their love for all things bluegrass.
